Day 39: Wednesday, April 8

  • let’s get on with the “stompede”….

PREPARATION:

2 rounds of:

  • 5 Wall Squats
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Air Squats

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Squats @ 80%, 85% and 90% (plus 5 pounds)

Met-Con WOD:

PART A:

The following Complex is another classic with a bit of a twist from Travis County Strength:

  • Complete 20 UnBroken reps of Back Squat @ 60% of your 1 rep Max
  • you must take 3 breaths between each rep

REST 5 full minutes

PART B:

2 ROUNDS of the following:

3 minute AMRAP of:

  • 6 Thrusters @ 65/45
  • 7 Box Jumps

REST 2 minutes between ROUNDS
