Day 56: Friday, May 1

PREPARATION:

  • 1/2 Tabata Air Squats with bottom squat hold in REST
  • 10 Good Mornings

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of Deadlift @ 50%
  • 1 set of 6 reps of Deadlifts @ 65%
  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Deadlifts @ 80%, 85% and 90% of your Training Max

Met-Con WOD:

Today we are doing one of the CrossFit Girl Benchmark workouts: “Helen”

3 rounds of the following for time:

  • Run 400m (Water Filtration loop)
  • 21 KB American Swings 
  • 12 Pull Ups

Coach will provide scaling options for the run length, KB weight and Pull Up versions.
