PREPARATION:
- 1/2 Tabata Air Squats with bottom squat hold in REST
- 10 Good Mornings
STRENGTH:
- 1 set of 10 reps of Deadlift @ 50%
- 1 set of 6 reps of Deadlifts @ 65%
- 3 sets of 3 reps of Deadlifts @ 80%, 85% and 90% of your Training Max
Met-Con WOD:
Today we are doing one of the CrossFit Girl Benchmark workouts: “Helen”
3 rounds of the following for time:
- Run 400m (Water Filtration loop)
- 21 KB American Swings
- 12 Pull Ups
Coach will provide scaling options for the run length, KB weight and Pull Up versions.
