Day 60: Thursday, May 7

PREPARATION:

  • 10 Plate Raises to side
  • 10 Plate Raises to Front
  • 10 Overhead Squats with Plates

STRENGTH:

  • 5,3,1 reps of Strict Shoulder Press @ 85%, 90% and 95% of Training Max
  • 5,3,1 reps of Cleans @ 85%, 90% and 95%

Met-Con WOD:

  • 10 Cleans @ 135/65
  • 20 Overhead Lunges with a 35/25 pound plate
  • 30 Goblet Squats
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 30 Push Ups
  • 20 KB Snatches
  • 10 Bar Ab Rollouts

REST 5 minutes, then:

6 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Strict Pull Ups(or Strict negatives)
  • 2 lengths of Bear Crawl

REST 5 minutes, then (if time):

2 rounds of:

  • sprint 40m
  • 5 Burpees
