Day 61: Friday, May 8

PREPARATION:

  • 10 Good Mornings with PVC or light bar
  • 10 Stiff Legged Deadlifts with PVC or light bar

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of Deadlifts @ 50%
  • 1 set of 8 reps of Deficit Deadlifts @ 50%
  • 1 set of 5 reps of Deficit Deadlifts @ 65%
  • 3 sets of Deadlifts @ 85%, 90% and 95%

Met-Con WOD:

9-6-3 Reps for time of:
  • Squat Clean Thruster 115/65
  • Pull Ups

REST 3 minutes, and then…

3 Rounds for time:

  • 20 steps of Front Rack Lunge @ 95/55
  • 12 Toes to bar
  • 12 Kettle Bell Swings 

REST 3 minutes, and then…

For time:

  • 100 Double-unders (or 200 Singles)
  • 25 Push Press 75/45
