Day 63: Tuesday, May 12

PREPARATION:

  • 10 Tall Cleans

  • 10 Hang Power Cleans with bar 
  • 10 Hang Squat Cleans with bar

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Cleans @ 65%, 75% and 85%

Met-Con WOD:

This workout is to be done outside except for the Clean and Jerks (although you are welcome to do them outside):

There are cones set up around ballfield fence – the farthest cone is first)

  • 10 Clean & Jerks (Lads @ 70% of Bodyweight / Ladies @ 60% of Bodyweight)
  • 400 M RUN – 40 Air Squats
  • 300 M RUN – 30 Hollow Rocks
  • 200 M RUN – 20 Jumps to the Curb (Step Down)
  • 200 M RUN – 20 Push Ups
  • 300 M RUN – 30 Sit Ups
  • 400 M RUN – 40 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Clean & Jerks (Lads @ 70% of Bodyweight / Ladies @ 60% of Bodyweight)
