  • Come over to the field to support your classmates!

PREPARATION:

  • Squat mobility 
  • Air Squats
  • OHS
  • Goblet Squats

STRENGTH (for the Period 1 Class Only):

  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats @ 65%, 75% and 85%

Then we are going to watch a video on Miranda Oldroyd’s comeback from injury
