STRENGTH:

  • 5,3,1 reps of Cleans @ 85%, 90% and 95% (plus 5 pounds)

Met-Con WOD:

“Murph” Prep Week #2

  • 800m Run (St. Mary’s Loop)

then 10 rounds of:

  • 4 Pull Ups
  • 8 Push Ups
  • 10 Air Squats

then:

  • 800m Run (St. Mary’s Loop)
