Day 43: Tuesday, November 10

PREPARATION:

  • 10 High Hang Power Clean
  • 8 High Hang Clean
  • 6 Cleans

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Cleans @ 40%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%
  • 1 set of 1 + reps @ 95%

Met-Con WOD: Partner Kinda Gone Bad

  • work with a partner to complete as many reps between the two of you as possible
  • push yourself as hard as possible

4 rounds of the following:

30 seconds of work by each partner one at a time of the following 
  • sit ups
  • push ups
  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull 65/45
  • box jumps
  • kb swings

1 minute rest after round 1

2 minutes rest after round 2

3 minutes after round 3

FINISHER:

  • 50 OHS with PVC
  • 20 v-ups
