Bears n’ Barbells

PREPARATION:

  • 2 windsprints in Great Hall
  • 10 Hindu Push Ups 
  • Partner Plank Wrestling

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Deadlifts @ 40%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%
  • 1 set of 1 + reps @ 95%

Met-Con WOD:

WE will discuss the loading to be used for this.

Form is not to be compromised in order to add more weight.

4 rounds of the following for time:

  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 4 Front Squats
  • 6 Thrusters
  • 8 Deadlifts
  • 10 Box Jumps

each round needs to be heavier than the last if form is still impeccable

FINISHER:

  • 1/2 Tabata Sit Ups
