PREPARATION:

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Bench Press @ 40% 
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85% plus 5 pounds
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90% plus 5 pounds
  • 1 set of 1 + reps @ 95% plus 5 pounds

then:

  • 3 sets of 8 reps of Pendlay Rows

Met-Con WOD:

“Linda Lite”

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of:

  • Bench Press @ 60%
  • Cleans @ 60%
  • Deadlifts @ 60%
