3 rounds of:

  • 15 Air Squats
  • 12 KB Swings
  • 9 SDHP with KB (Sumo Deadlift High Pulls)


  • finish any of the items that you have not had a chance to complete
  • re-do any of the lifts that you would like to improve

Met-Con WOD:

4 rounds of the following:

  • Minute 1: 12/9 Calorie Row
  • Minute 2: 15 Wall Balls 
  • Minute 3: 15 SDHP with a KB @ 53/35
  • Minute 4: 15 Push Press @ 65/45
