PREPARATION:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of DBell Strict Press
  • 1 set of 10 reps of DBell Push Press

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Strict Press @ 40%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 80%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 85%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%

REST 2 minutes

  • take 10 minutes to establish a heavy 1 rep Push Press

Met-Con WOD:

PART A>

Five rounds of:

  • 10 reps of DBell Single leg RDL (left)
  • 10 reps of Deficit Oush Ups
  • REST 1:00
  • 10 reps of DBell Single leg RDL (right)
  • 10 reps of Deficit Push Ups
