STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Cleans @ 50% 
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85% 
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90% 
  • 1 set of 1+ reps @ 95% 

Met-Con WOD:

This is a partner workout.

STATION1: 4 minutes

  • Partner 1: 10 Calorie Row or Bike (switch every 10 Calories)
  • Partner 2: Max Box Jumps
  • REST 1 minute

STATION 2: 4 minutes

  • Partner 1: 10 DB Snatches each side (switch every 10 DB Snatches)
  • Partner 2: Max Push Ups
  • REST 2 minutes

STATION 3: 4 minutes

  • Partner 1: 10 Thrusters @ 65/45 (switch every 10 Thrusters)
  • Partner 2: Max Sit Ups
  • RESST 3 minutes

STATION 4: 4 minutes

  • Partner 1: 10 Goblet Squats (switch every 10 Goblet Squats)
  • Partner 2: Max KB Swings
