PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 10 Strict Press with bar
  • 8 Push Press with bar
  • 6 Push Ups

TESTING ITEMS:

  • establish a 1 rep Max Strict Shoulder Press
  • establish a 1 rep Push Press

and then:

  • complete ONLY ONE of the following:

“1/2 Cindy” 

AMRAP in 10 minutes of:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Air squats

OR

“CrossFit Baseline”:

Complete the following in this order only as fast as possible:

  • 500m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups
