Make sure you read the Goal Setting Guide and stick to the SMART principle for setting your training/fitness goals.
Grade 11/12 FitLife Ladies and Grade 11/12 Co-Ed Strength and Conditioning classes: Make sure you read the Goal Setting Guide and stick to the SMART principle for setting your training/fitness goals.
1.List three goals for yourself (at least one short-term goal, and one long-term goal).
2.Explain your rationale for choosing each goal.
3.Make sure your goals are specific to your fitness and training.
4.Post these answers to Padlet . http://www.padlet.com You can also post these goals in your training blog on its own page. This will allow you to update them as the semester goes on.
We will revisit these goals later in the semester, and your TRAINING PROGRAMS will be designed with your goals in mind. Organize your goals in a similar fashion to the example below. Print off a copy to submit, and feel free to add them as a post on your training blogs.
