Day 94: Monday, June 22

I forgot to post this Friday, so we will do it today!

Sierra still got her work-out in!

PREPARATION:

  • 20 reps of Alternating Single V-Ups

  • 10 reps of Alternating ATG Split Squat

  • 20 reps of Quadruped Knee Taps

WORKOUT:

50-35-20-35-50 reps of the following:

  • AbMat Sit Ups (put a towel under your lower back to make an AbMat)

After Each Round:

  • 10 Double Dumbbell Push Press
  • 50 Meter Double Dumbbell Walk*

* 1 Arm Overhead + 1 Arm at Hang
