I forgot to post this Friday, so we will do it today!
Sierra still got her work-out in!
PREPARATION:
- 20 reps of Alternating Single V-Ups
- 10 reps of Alternating ATG Split Squat
- 20 reps of Quadruped Knee Taps
WORKOUT:
50-35-20-35-50 reps of the following:
- AbMat Sit Ups (put a towel under your lower back to make an AbMat)
After Each Round:
- 10 Double Dumbbell Push Press
- 50 Meter Double Dumbbell Walk*
* 1 Arm Overhead + 1 Arm at Hang
