PREPARATION:

  • 10 reps of the Scorpion Stretch

  • 10 reps of Horse Stance Squats

  • 10 reps of Straddle V-Ups

WORKOUT:

AMRAP in 16:00 of the following:

  • 8 Sit Ups
  • 8 Push Ups
  • 100m Farmer’s Carry with Two Jugs (or anything heavy) (50m out/50m back)

Repeat this pattern, adding 2 reps to the Sit Ups and Push Ups each round
