WORKOUT:

AMRAP in 15:00 of  of the following:

  • 8 Double Jug (or DB or KB) Single Legged Deadlifts (Left)
  • 30 Second Wall Sit
  • 8 Double Jug (or DB or KB) Single Legged Deadlifts (Right)
  • 30 Second Hollow Hold
