Complete the following for time:
- 50 box jumps (M:24″/W:20″)
- 50 jumping pull-ups
- 50 kettlebell swings (M:35#/W:25#)
- 50 walking lunge steps
- 50 knees to elbows
- 50 push press (M:45#/W:33#)
- 50 back extensions
- 50 wallball shot (M:20#/W:14#)
- 50 burpees
- 50 double unders
